Call charges

We do not make profits from customers calling us on our 0844 number with calls from landlines costing as follows;

Weekdays: 9.00 am to 6.00pm, Mon to Fri - 8p per minute

Weekends: midnight Friday to midnight Sunday - 2p per minute.

Call charges from mobiles depend on the service provider and are out of our control, but you'll obviously get a better deal using a landline.

From 1 November 08 to 30 April 09, our Resort Offices will be open 7 days a week from 09.30 - 16.30. Closed on British bank holidays.

From 1 May 09 to 31 October, our Resort Offices will be open 7 days a week from 09.00 - 19.00.
