The pretty and welcoming Gokova Hotel is family run with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It is similar to a boutique hotel with some lovely Ottoman designs common to the area. It's very well-established and popular with the British market although the resort of Akyaka itself is international. There are some cafes and bars a short walk away with the majority of the resort's amenities located along the main road which runs parallel to the picturesque beach front, also lined with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.

The rooms are bright, modern and pleasantly decorated with twin beds or a double bed and an en suite shower, WC, hairdryer & washbasin. Most rooms have a private balcony and all have beautiful mountain, sea or rural views. The rooms also contain air conditioning which is included in the price, a safety deposit box available at an extra charge payable locally, TV with limited English speaking channels, mini-bar available at an extra charge (payable locally) and telephone. There are a small number of ground floor rooms and an extra pull-out bed is available in some rooms.
