Sun Maris Park
The newly named Sun Maris Park (previously known as The Ayderia) was under new management in summer 2008 and it worked fantastically so we are pleased to offer ir for another summer. The facilities and rooms are set in one main building, with rooms situated above. It's located close to the Marmaris beach with its wide range of bars, restaurants, shops and watersports. Guests can choose to just relax around the pool or in the gardens, or take advantage of the super location and venture into the bazaar, or discover the harbour and marina which are easily accessible by local dolmus.
Accommodation
Rooms have twin beds or a double bed with en suite bathroom containing a bath with shower overhead, washbasin, hairdryer and WC. Each room has a private balcony, telephone, satellite TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning and a safety deposit box which is available for an extra charge, payable locally. There are a limited number of family rooms sleeping up to 4.

All Inclusive
Facilities Included: Open buffet style service offering meals of Turkish & International cuisine. Breakfast (07.30 - 10.00), lunch (12.30 - 14.00), coffee & cookies (16.00 - 17.00) & dinner (19.30 - 21.30). Local alcoholic drinks, including some local spirits, as well as local soft drinks are included between 10.00 - 23.00. Drinks are self-service and only 1 drink per guest will be served. The indoor lobby bar is not part of the all-inclusive concept and drinks are extra.
Not Included: Safety deposit boxes, telephone, laundry service, internet, room service, ice-cream, imported and energy drinks, some local spirits including brandy, fresh fruit juices, Turkish coffee, English breakfast, all local drinks and refreshments after 23.00 and before 10.00, hairdresser, doctor, Turkish Bath, sauna, massage, billiards, all drinks served at indoor lobby bar.
A local charge is payable to the accommodation in resort for facilities marked by the '£' symbol.
