Carian Gulet Cruise

Day 1.
Join your gulet in Bodrum harbour Dependent upon your arrival flight there is likely to be sufficient time to venture ashore to explore Bodrum. Dinner is served onboard.
Day 2.
After breakfast the captain takes the gulet out past Kara Ada ‘Black Island’, cruising on to the island of Orak famous for its hot sulphur springs and dark caves - always popular for swimming into and snorkelling around. Lunch is served al fresco style on the aft deck before cruising to the quiet bay of Kusrebuk for our evening anchorage.
Day 3.
Cruise across the gulf to the opposite pine clad shores that surround the area known as the Seven Islands. We anchor this evening in a small secluded bay on one of the Seven Islands dining under the stars.
Day 4.
A leisurely morning following the spectacular coastline before anchoring for lunch at delightful Longoz village. In the afternoon there is a short cruise across to English harbour and after an early dinner you may choose to take the optional excursion to Marmaris for some shopping and sightseeing, or perhaps some nightlife.
Day 5.
After breakfast we have a short journey to one of the true delights of this cruise, a swim from the white sands of Cleopatra island. The sands are said to have been brought to the island from Egypt by Mark Anthony as a wedding present for Cleopatra. In the afternoon we head for Karacosogut, a small community whose buildings are perched on the headland of the gulf.
Day 6.
Time for a leisurely swim before the gulet starts to head towards the Bodrum coast. Our evening destination is the small harbour at Cokertme. Dinner on board.
Day 7.
Cruising on from the overnight mooring the captain will usually find a suitable lunch time anchorage, so that those wanting to stretch their legs ashore can do so. Ample time to take a swim or perhaps try windsurfing before lunch. The evening destination at Yaliciftlik provides a taste of traditional Turkish village life with fine woven carpets laid out for sale in market stalls by the local village women. You will then head back to Bodrum for the last night onboard.
Day 8.
Breakfast on board before disembarking.
