Lycian Gulet Cruise

Day 1.
Arrive and embark on your gulet. More than likely, depending on your arrival, there will be ample time to explore Marmaris. If due to your flight times, you arrive the day before the cruise, you will be served dinner on board and accommodated on the gulet. In the event that you arrive on the first day that the cruise begins, you can still stroll through Marmaris to purchase any lastminute items for the journey.
Day 2.
After breakfast depart for Ekincik, where you can take a water taxi up the Dalyan river, with an optional excursion to the famous mud baths. Otherwise stay on board to swim and sunbathe. Evening dinner on board.
Day 3.
Due to a longer passage with a cape to be crossed, the gulet sets sail earlier than the day before. The gulet will anchor in the Bay of Manastir where breakfast is served on board. This picturesque bay offers a range of water sports that always prove popular. At the end of the day the gulet gets underway again and your captain will find a suitable inlet for dinner.
Day 4.
Today the anchorage is in a tranquil cove close to the historical city of Telmessos. Here we give you the chance to stand on land again - you may choose to visit the nearby ruins of Telmessos, or take a coach or taxi to the golden sands of Olu Deniz. Perhaps you may prefer to stay on board, take a swim or just laze around as you choose. Dinner on board.
Day 5.
After breakfast, try snorkelling the enchanting waters of Batikhamam (which means the sunken Turkish bath). Later, the cruise continues on to Gocek. Five o’clock tea is served in a quiet inlet. To make a change the evening is reserved for dinner in the town of Gocek.
Day 6.
As dawn breaks, the captain takes you to Baba Island. Normally the crew will serve breakfast in a bay enroute to this picturesque island. Baba Island offers water sports facilities to many gulet cruising clients. After a vigorous morning in the crystal clear waters, lunch is served. Our gulets normally remain at anchor in the bay on Baba Island for the evening, to let you relax on board. If the weather is balmy you may choose to sleep on the deck.
Day 7.
Returning towards Marmaris, on your last day, the gulet will moor at the old picturesque fishermen’s village of Kumlu Buku or Turunc Buku. You can sunbathe, swim, and surf in the deep blue waters of these bays. Towards the end of the day, return to Marmaris for a farewell dinner. You will spend a final night aboard the gulet to complete your week-long adventure.
Day 8.
The crew will serve breakfast before you disembark.
