The Sun Maris Beach is in a prominent position situated just off the main road which runs from the harbour in Marmaris towards Icmeler, towards the beach front. It is slap bang in the middle of the resort's amenities including the many bars, shops and restaurants - perfect for those looking for a lively, busy holiday. The central location more than compensates for the limited facilities, simple rooms and basic All Inclusive - this is a good base for exploring the resort and sampling the local delights.

Accommodation
Rooms are simple in style and compact with twin beds or a double bed plus an en suite shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC. Each has a private balcony, a telephone, satellite TV with limited English speaking channels and air conditioning. Some rooms have resort views, some have pool views and some have lovely sea views. Certain rooms can take an extra bed for a third person, and single rooms are also available but have a sloping roof.
The family rooms are similar to the above but sleep up to 4 people and consist of 2 rooms and a shared bathroom.

Facilities Included: Turkish & International cuisine only, served by open buffet. Self service: breakfast (07.30 - 09.30), lunch (12.30 - 14.00), coffee & cookies (16.00 - 17.00) and dinner (19.30 - 21.30). Local alcoholic drinks, including some local spirits, as well as local soft drinks are included between 10.00 - 22.30. Air conditioning is also included.
Not Included: Safety deposit boxes, hairdresser, telephone, internet, ice-cream, imported drinks, energy drinks, local brandy & some other local spirits, fresh fruit juices, Turkish coffee, cappucino, expresso coffee, English breakfast and all local drinks and refreshments after 22.30 and before 10.00. There is no children's menu and no specific British meals.
A local charge is payable to the accommodation in resort for some facilities, indicated by the '£' symbol.
